Hi Sweetie, long time no see! Has life been too hectic, so you need a period of reflection?
I’ve been more up than down lately, I want to set up a little gardening venture mostly keeping gardens of older ill and disabled people in order.
I still haven’t heard back from my friend Iordi but I’m sending her an email every day. A friend thinks she may be depressed, I think she’s having a breakdown. She had one about 10 years ago. A prayer for her please.

It’s really good to hear Andy. Yes, finding some interesting to do is excellent way to keep our mind in peace. I like gardening too but don’t have a chance yet. I hope Lordi is ok, I sure will pray for her, please keep me posted when you hear something from her.
About me, there is nothing special, it’s just the right time I want to free my mind and want to be a better person (thing positive and good way in the mind, the speak, and the action). I don’t want to worry or think too much about anything….. That’s some of reasons I want to practice meditation from now on :). I want to get to the point that I’m happy with whatever I have, either poor or rich, sickness…., I don’t want to get angry, upset, jealous with anyone…. and I want to live simply and make everything become simple :). At the end, I want myself have a good heart and free/peaceful mind. Hm…. So….. you wanna join meditation with me 🙂 ?

Yes Sweetie, I could do with some way of unwinding. I tend to do things like meditation in short bursts rather than just sitting for hours. The exception possibly is when I’m out walking or a peaceful bike ride, which is rare due to amount of traffic on the roads here.

I should work with any way that’s good for you right? Good luck 🙂
