A seaside resort in Somerset in the south-west of England, in the County of Somerset. It is on a west-facing part of the Bristol Channel shore, which has the second highest tidal range in the world. The channel leads into the River Severn, and the funneled "pile-up" of water is famous and known as the Severn Bore. This wave is often ridden by surfers for many miles.
